Atom SMS Privacy Disclosure

Atom may send transactional text messages to staff members who opt in through Atom for their organization. Messages may include work schedule updates, availability requests, substitute or shift coverage requests, event staffing reminders, urgent staffing notifications, and related staffing updates.

SMS consent is optional and is collected separately for each organization using Atom. Consent for one organization is not reused for another organization or campaign.

We do not share, sell, rent, transfer, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, or messaging consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies based on your schedule, availability activity, and staffing needs. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. See the SMS terms of service.

Atom text messaging is an optional transactional messaging service for staffing and scheduling communications from the organization using Atom.

Staff members may opt in only through the welcome flow when their account is created by their organization or at any time through their profile within Atom. SMS consent is optional, must be actively selected by the staff member, and is collected separately from account access, general terms, and required staffing workflows. If your mobile number changes, Atom requires fresh consent before sending text messages to the new number.

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from your organization through Atom at the mobile number shown when you consent. Messages may include work schedule updates, availability requests, substitute or shift coverage requests, event staffing reminders, urgent staffing notifications, and related staffing updates. These messages are transactional staffing notifications and are not marketing or promotional messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from text messages or HELP for help. For additional support, contact support@atomscheduler.com.

SMS consent is specific to the organization and phone number for which it was collected. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in status, and messaging consent information are not shared, sold, rented, transferred, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
